£7.50 members/£10 non-members.
Subject to change due to weather (so keep an eye on the club Facebook page). New Saturday sessions led by John and Steve. Please turn up in good time and ready to ride with your bike in good working order, appropriate clothing and safety equipment including a full face helmet. Gloves, long sleeves and trousers/knee pads are a must. Open to club members and non-members, places are limited so please contact JT via messenger if you have not previously attended this session.
Riders will be given a tailored programme to work to, mirroring the RSR (‘Regional School of Racing’) approach and preparing riders for the coming season. Riders will set goals and work through training blocks focusing on strength, skills and speed. Riders are expected to be on time, warmed up and ready to ride at the start of each session.
There will be some off-track/flat skills sessions alongside coached track work and gate clinics. Please note: Saturday gate sessions are for Expert group riders only. The track is CLOSED during these sessions.
