DESCRIPTION:For new starters and those finding their feet\, James will be running beginners sessions. \n\nSubject to change due to weather (so keep an eye on the club Facebook page).\nPlease turn up in good time and ready to ride with your bike in good working order\, appropriate clothing and safety equipment including a full face helmet.\nClub bikes and full face helmets are available to borrow – please contact us in advance.\nIf you already race or can ride the track\, this session isn’t for you – winter Sunday sessions and summer Thursday sessions are!\n\n£5 members/£7.50 non-members.
