Saturday

• Saturday gate practice 11am-1pm, you must pay in advance via the web shop.
• Track is closed before gate practice for maintenance, open after gate practice for riders and general public.
• Absolutely NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING. You risk the club losing its licence to operate so don’t be that selfish person.
• Please be polite and respectful to our volunteers. You can’t race without them.

Sunday

• Car park will open at 0815, £3 charge; please do not park on local streets or in the gravel car park; no overnight parking is allowed. Please park as instructed – we have a lot of vehicles to fit in.
• Rider sign-in is automatic, when the rider’s transponder crosses detection points around the track. Please do this as early as possible so the South Region team know you’re racing.
• Practice 0900-1100, racing from 1130. 
• Race admin is at the back of the start hill.
• Club gazebos around the perimeter of the spectating area, no gazebos to be attached to the barriers at any point and no gazebos on turn 2. 
• Rider zone is for riders only – the only exception is for 6/under.
• Bins are provided for your rubbish and recycling. Please use them. We don’t want to be posting a wall of shame, it’ s not a positive.
• Pre-reg only via British Cycling website, which closes tonight! No exceptions, if you miss the cut-off you won’t be racing.
• Transponders are not available for hire. Please ensure South Region know of any transponder number changes etc.
• Weather is looking good as always in sunny Bournemouth, so bring the usual sun cream.
