AFC Bournemouth has donated £1,000 to Bournemouth BMX Club to fund much needed extra equipment – thank you Cherries!

The local premiership football team’s Community Trust provided the funding to enable the club to purchase new equipment so that more people can access coaching and training, part of the club’s efforts to get more kids – and big kids – on bikes.

Club riders Elliot, Jay and Riley were on hand to collect the oversized cheque during the half term break wearing their club shirts that are made in the UK from recycled plastic bottles.
