Saturdays: beginners sessions
For new starters and those finding their feet, James will be running beginners sessions. (8:30-9:30am)
Saturdays: expert coaching/gates (8+)
JT and Steve will run these sessions on selected Saturdays for regional level and above riders. (10:30am-noon)
Sundays: novice, intermediate and younger racers
MW coaching for our novice, intermediate and younger racers (7 & under) on selected Sundays. (9-10:15am; 10:30am-noon)
Sunday gates:
Novice, intermediate and junior racers gates on Sundays when there is no Deep South racing or coaching, 10am-12:30pm.
Expert gates every Sunday there is no Deep South racing, 12:30-2:00pm.
Tuesdays: BMXercise
Women only sessions at Two Riversmeet, 7-8:15pm.
Thursdays: night gates
For expert riders only, 6-7:30pm.
Track is CLOSED other than to those participating in sessions during these times.
Club coaching prices:
– novice/intermediate £5 members/£7.50 non-members
– expert coaching/gates clinics £7.50 members/£10 non-members
– night gates/BMXercise £5 per rider
– other gate practice £3 members/£5 non-members
